The harvest of the 2021 vintage is over!

In the last week of October we picked the ripe grapes for our vineyard wines from Eisenhut

and Berg Eisenhut.

Our vineyards are 100% harvested by hand, a selection and several times of harvest per vineyard are a cornerstone of our philosophy: if we have look after the vines and grapes for a whole year, we give them optimal conditions to produce profound and expressive wines. Tasting the musts gives us, as winemakers, a great insight into the style of the vintage. Balanced fruit, not superficial but typical of the variety. A matching acid structure and a stronger body compared to 2019 indicate - from today's perspective - a very storable vintage!
