We did it!
The 2025 vintage is in the cellar, no vineyard was forgotten, and we're happy and pleased to have achieved it again this year, despite our hard work!
We were in the vineyard almost continuously for four weeks – interrupted only by a few rainy days. We selected some vineyards three times to ensure we brought home only the best, ripest grapes.
This year, it's even more evident than usual: meticulous work in the vineyard is paramount.
We harvest 100% by hand out of conviction, which gives us the advantage of always being selective. The result: In the cellar, we can truly cultivate almost every plot individually, giving the wines the greatest possible individuality.
