Winelovers can learn a lot from us when it comes to the Roter Veltliner, because pioneering work has been done at the Schuster winery regarding this particular grape variety. In addition to the Roter Veltliner, other varieties find their home on the 12 hectares of vineyards, which are strongly characterized by the loess-rich terroir of the Wagram.

THE WINERY
In the vineyard we take a lot of time for manual work, which we individually adapt to each of our vineyards - depending on the year and the weather. The organic management of the vines plays a major role in this.
If nature lets us work, we as winegrowers can accompany the vines throughout the year and thus have the opportunity to perfectly work out the individuality and particularity of each individual location.
Less is often more, so we like to do without large technology in the cellar and simply give the wine time to mature.
