Ried EISENHUT

Oriented to the southeast is the Eisenhut, which stands out reddish from a distance due to the red luminosity of the iron inclusions in the ground.

Countless hours of sunshine followed by cool nights, in which a fresh air stream from the Waldviertel hovers over the Eisenhut, ensure an exceptional microclimate. The special symbiosis of loess and lime provides the perfect basis for elegant Veltliner and mineralic Pinot Noirs.

Ried MOUNTAIN EISENHUT

The Riede Berg Eisenhut is embedded on the western side of the Eisenhut mountain in Gösing. This special location produces exceptional Rote Veltliner, which thrive here on sunny terraces. The yield may be a little lower here, but the quality is brilliant!

Gravel and loess provide minerality and complexity in the wine and give the wines of this location a distinctive character.

Ried ALTWEINGARTEN

The Riede Altweingarten is located high up on the Wagram. Only vines from Roter Veltliner are rooted here, which is also the parade of the Schuster winery.

Due to the height, there is always a light breeze on this special spot. Here you will find loess soils in their purest form and you can taste that in the wines of this location.

More than 20 nesting boxes offer our residents a home in the vineyard!

Ried GOLDBERG

The old winegrowers said a long time ago that the gold of the winegrowers was really in the ground here on the Goldberg - in the form of typical Wagram loess.

The Zweigelt and Chardonnay varieties feel particularly at home on this deep ridge, which can develop their full potential through cool air currents and warm days with many hours of sunshine.

Ried DIEBSTEIN

Facing south, this location is part of a sheltered high plateau. Deep loess provides tension and expression in the wine.

Due to the southern orientation and the many hours illuminated by sunlight, Riesling and Sauvingon blanc feel extremely comfortable here. Thanks to their special location, these varieties often have a strong, expressive character, although a certain minerality always accompanies the wines.
