The grapes for our large reserve come from the Eisenhut vineyard and are characterized by loess and lime.
SOIL
Hand-picked and selected. After a long maceration period, pressed with low pressure and the must then fermented in a used oak barrel. After fermentation until filling on the yeast.

Burgundian Veltliner Monument from the vintage 2016. In the scent hints of tobacco and meadow hay. Juicy on the palate and long lasting.
